Iszy Khatayin
To live by the sword is to die by the sword.There is time enough to regret in the flames of hell.
Currently a WIP.
- Born 26th Sun of the 2nd Astral Moon (26th March), 27 Year Old
- Xaela - Born to Dotharl and Orornir, adopted by the Khatayins at a young age.
- Travelled to Eorzea not long after 5th nameday, lived there up until the time of Stormblood.
- Became an adventurer at the age of 16, before the Seventh Umbral Calamity. Mostly kept to Ul'dahn territories, even helping out with the Immortal Flames every so often.
- Married to Helith'ir Emberah a couple of years after the Seventh Umbral Calamity.
Iszy was born to two tribes: Dotharl and Oronir. As he was born to two rival tribes, his parents were slain and the child was put up for adoption. It was only by pure accident that Luqatai of the Khatayin Clan was able to adopt Iszy and raise him as a Khatayin, never telling him the tribes he truly belonged to.Khatayins are goat herders, and usually spend most of their times secluded in the mountains - but Iszy was not good at goat herding, and longed for adventure, especially when he had hit 5 summers old. Luqatai - with some sympathy for the young Dotharl/Oronir - had decided to take Iszy to Eorzea to learn how to become an adventurer. Luqatai had previously been to Eorzea, so knew his own way around somewhat enough to teach Iszy the ways of the world and how to wield a traditional Xaela axe.
Iszy picked up how to wield an axe relatively quickly, and was able to kill Gigantoads by himself by the time he had hit the age 7 summers old, and was ready to take on the world by himself by the time he hit 10 summers old, much to Luqatai's dismay.Under construction.
